Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients across assigned units
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Float to different units or departments as needed to meet facility staffing demands
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and functional independence

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification required
• Ability and willingness to float to multiple units as needed
• Availability to fulfill a minimum of 36 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Experience working in a float or multi-unit capacity
