Associate Director of Communications

To advance strategic communications for the North America Region, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Communications will manage internal and external communications initiatives, collaborate with leadership teams, and support organizational alignment with TNC's 2030 goals. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic communications plan for the North America Region office Create critical communications collateral, including talking points and FAQs, to support internal and external messaging Provide strategic counsel and media preparation for senior leaders, ensuring effective communication during high-impact moments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination Experience in developing complex integrated strategic communications plans Proven ability to cultivate and manage relationships with senior-level executives and media Experience supporting earned media efforts, including preparing executives for media engagements Demonstrated success in measuring results of strategic plans and programs Virtual Vocations Inc
