Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized therapy interventions as part of each patient's physical therapy plan of care
Document patient progress and responses to treatment with precision and care
Empower patients through education and personalized home exercise programs
Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists to communicate patient status and adjust care plans
Champion a safe, clean, and compliant environment for patients and teammates

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active state PTA license or willingness to obtain one - we'll help you get there!
A team player who can follow treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Education

Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong foundation in physical therapy interventions and patient care
Excellent documentation skills to track patient journeys
Patient education and home exercise program design
Understanding of compliance and safety standards in clinical settings
