Benefits Salary Range $85,000 - $120,000 Sign on Bonus $4000 Make a positive impact in the lives of others through the work you do Family-oriented culture that values people and promotes work-life balance Online training, growth and ability to earn CEUs Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical/ Dental/ Vision & 401K benefits Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards OASIS admissions and Coordinate with a team of LPNs, CNAs, aides and to ensure client and patient goals are met Follow the Home Health orders from PCPs working closely with their office Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient/client care Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in Massachusetts Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in home healthcare/ OASIS admissions, recerts, resumptions and DC’s At least 1 year of supervisory and caregiver management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Interim HealthCare Inc.
