Position Overview Full‑time Teller at PNC’s Retail Branch organization. Based in Dayton, OH, Troy Stanley Branch. Spanish Bilingual preferred. Job Description Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and building loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on banking alternatives. Identifies banking opportunities during conversation and refers as appropriate. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adheres to all policies and procedures and ensures teller and branch daily operations are completed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Required: No degree required. Prior experience not necessary; military service acceptable as equivalent experience. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00. Incentive eligible based on performance.
