• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, planning for discharge, and at-home exercises
• Maintain comprehensive records of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress according to facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and conferences to ensure aligned and coordinated care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Must possess state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred: CPR certification
• Desirable: Specialized certifications in areas such as neurological and geriatric therapy

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
