Hours per Shift: Varied schedule - 9a-7p, 9a-5p, 9a-3p possible Sunday through Saturday

Experience: 2+ years LPN experience in a clinic setting is required.

License: New Hampshire LPN license or Compact is required.

Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS is required. IV Certification is required.

Must-Have: Pediatric experience is required. Urgent care experience is required. EPIC experience is required. Experience with patients of all ages is required. Traveler must have their own vehicle.

Description: Provide medical care for emergency medical conditions on an urgent basis without requiring an appointment. Services are for patients ages 1 and older. Conditions that can be treated include sprains and strains, skin rashes, cuts and lacerations, respiratory infections, eye injuries, and fractures. The facility is equipped to treat signs of a stroke, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, profuse bleeding, head trauma, and loss of consciousness. Children under 1 are not eligible for this service. Onsite radiology, lab, and emergency room support are available. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Requests made after submission may lead to rescinded offers. All requested time off must be included in the profile. No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted. Experience with previous travel is preferred.
