Audit Senior - Public Accounting

Senior Auditor – Wade & Partners, Chandler, AZ We are a growing CPA firm in Chandler, Arizona, seeking a Senior Auditor to join our team. The role is hybrid (in‑office and remote) and requires strong client engagement, audit planning, and execution skills. Responsibilities Build relationships with clients by gathering information and understanding their business processes. Plan, direct, and oversee audit work, including detailed testing and documentation. Provide recommendations to clients for improving internal controls and compliance. Ensure audit deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and stay within budget. Mentor and train junior audit staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 4–5 years of audit experience. CPA designation preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation Annual salary: $128,800.00 (Full‑time).
