Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients entering our detox center, identifying their unique mental health needs. \n
- Design and implement customized treatment plans based on best practices, focusing on solution-based interventions that align with patients’ goals. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices, to engage clients effectively. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. \n
- Work collaboratively with physicians, psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and nurses to provide coordinated care for patients dealing with complex challenges. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance care quality across the team. \n
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, fostering a deeper understanding of mental health issues and encouraging engagement in the treatment process. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continuously improve clinical outcomes. \n
This LCSW position primarily focuses on individuals dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Our diverse patient population ranges from young adults to seniors, each bringing unique challenges and histories. - A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. \n
- A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois. \n
