Details 100% pelvic floor rehabilitation caseload Schedule is 5x8-hour day shifts per week, 40 hours per week Must be available to work one holiday if needed Academic medical center setting Requirements Minimum 2 years of PT experience in a US hospital setting required Specialized experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation is required — candidates without this experience will not be considered Completed post-graduate instruction in pelvic floor rehab is required Degree in Physical Therapy required Active PT license required (no pending licenses); license required if applicable BLS certification required (AHA only) First Aid certification preferred US Social Security Number required for consideration Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the last 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer Additional Information Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and treatment administration as part of an interdisciplinary team Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and develops age-appropriate plans of care Accurate and thorough documentation of patient treatment is expected Candidates must live more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position CPI certification is mandated for this position Date of birth required for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-719648.
