Job Summary:
Greeters at Sam's Club are responsible for welcoming customers, providing a positive first impression, and enhancing customer experience by offering assistance and directing guests as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers as they enter the store.
- Provide carts and offer promotional flyers.
- Answer inquiries and provide directions within the store.
- Assist with customer flow by monitoring entrances and directing traffic.
- Maintain presence at entrance or other strategic areas to ensure safety and security.

Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
