• 10-30 patients depending on new consult, recheck, post op procedures
• Total hip, knee, and shoulder replacement procedures required
• Hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, foot surgical procedures
• Trauma injuries, fracture care, sports medicine coverage
• Trauma call responsibilities
• Ongoing coverage need
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
