We are looking for an agent that is looking to be full time as a regular team agent but we understand people need a ramp up!!! We are looking for some one to treat this as a career not a hobby.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and potential clients
- Attend showings
- Provide prompt feedback
- Attending home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings
- The team lead or agent would handle drafting contracts and negotiating to take the sale through the closing
- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
- Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
Qualifications
- To be an agent on the team you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification.
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Can spend a large amount of time driving
- Willing to build a pipeline of their own clients too
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
Compensation
Commission for all your real estate transactions.
$30 per house + closing bonus for showings.

Showing homes may be part of the opportunity, but the bigger goal is to help the right agent grow into a confident, full-time real estate professional who can work with buyers, sellers, and clients at a high level. For certain transactions, the team lead or senior agent may handle contract drafting, negotiation, and higher-level transaction strategy while you learn the process and support the client experience.
