Responsibilities Develop repair quotations (labor, material, services) using appropriate pricing methodology Manage RFQs and budgetary quotes, including identifying required parts and services based on customer inputs Review engineering evaluations and validate repair scope, ensuring completeness and accuracy Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Operations to gather inputs and resolve gaps in technical scope Track and prioritize active quotes to meet turnaround expectations and business priorities Validate lead times, scope inclusions, and proposal quality prior to release Provide support to Sales and engage customers as needed for clarification and/or customer witness points Identify and drive improvements in quoting processes, tools, and pricing consistency Maintain on‑site visibility in the repair shop to monitor progress and ensure alignment between quoted scope and repair execution timing Support repair order entry, change order management, and spare parts quoting as volume dictates Qualifications Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED. Have a high degree of experience in Microsoft Office platforms including Excel, with preferred experience in Oracle and ability to utilize internally developed systems (New Order Workflow, Deal Machine). Have experience in industrial equipment, repair services, or technical quoting (preferred). Have strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret mechanical systems, parts lists, and technical drawings. Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
