Closing Attorney

Our client, a rapidly growing real estate law firm in the Greater Atlanta market, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its Stockbridge office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys working directly with clients, building industry relationships, and playing a key role in a growing practice. What We Offer: Competitive base salary of $100,000-$150,000 plus performance-based incentives Paid time off Opportunity to join a growing and entrepreneurial organization Dedicated operational and administrative support team Modern technology and closing platforms designed to streamline workflows High visibility role with the ability to make a direct impact on firm growth Collaborative culture that values initiative, client service, and professional development If You Have: Active license to practice law in Georgia 2+ years of experience handling Georgia real estate transactions and closings Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate law Experience with title examination, title review, and closing procedures Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and leadership abilities Comfort with legal technology and practice management software; Qualia experience is a plus You Will Be: Conducting residential and commercial real estate closings in accordance with Georgia laws and regulations Reviewing title work and ensuring transactions meet all legal and compliance requirements Managing real estate transactions from preparation through closing Delivering an exceptional client experience for buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals Building and maintaining relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, and other referral partners Participating in networking and marketing events to support business development efforts Collaborating with internal staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing Serving as a trusted legal advisor throughout the closing process Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client service Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Stockbridge office and broader organization #J-18808-Ljbffr BOS Staffing
