Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and highly trustworthy General Support Specialist/Driver to provide day-to-day support for executives in both business and personal environments. This is a highly flexible role for someone who is comfortable wearing many hats and handling a wide variety of responsibilities including driving, errands, vehicle care, property support, deliveries, light maintenance projects, and general operational assistance. This position requires professionalism, discretion, strong work ethic, and a high level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This is a full-time position, but days and hours worked will vary depending upon needs. This is not a desk job. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in the field, handling physical tasks, responding to changing priorities, and supporting a wide range of operational and executive needs.

Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required - Must successfully pass: • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check • Criminal background check • Pre-employment drug screening - Strong reliability and attendance record - Flexible schedule and willingness to work outside standard hours when needed - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Comfortable with physical and hands-on work - Basic mechanical, maintenance, or handyman skills strongly preferred
