18-week contract opportunity for a Patient Care Manager (RN) with Children's Minnesota .

Position Details:

• Title: Patient Care Manager (RN)
• Location: Children's Minnesota – St. Paul & Minneapolis (initial assignment in the St. Paul PICU; must be willing to float between both hospitals as needed)
• Schedule: Primarily Day Shift, with occasional evening/night coverage based on operational needs
• Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota RN License
• BLS Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, or an advanced degree in Nursing Leadership in lieu of leadership experience
• Previous informal leadership experience (Charge RN, Clinical Educator, Preceptor, etc.) is preferred

In this role, you'll lead and support nursing staff, oversee daily unit operations, and help ensure high-quality, patient- and family-centered care while driving positive clinical outcomes.
