Server Assistant

Tiki Tiki is a fresh, coastal, and casual concept serving up everything from fresh shucked oysters, fish tacos, and whole yellowtail snapper to handcrafted cocktails! Located directly on the Hollywood intracoastal our guests experience incredible cuisine paired with a stellar view unlike anywhere else. As a Server Assistant/ Busser you will work alongside our servers to ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked. You will help create a seamless experience for our guests by providing outstanding service and supporting the front‑of‑house team! Responsibilities Assist servers by clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Ensure dining area is clean and well‑maintained at all times. Assist in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Stock and restock service stations with necessary supplies. Help with organizing and maintaining menus and condiments. Support servers and other team members in delivering great guest service. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas. Assist with light prep work and dishwashing as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift (35+ pounds) for extended periods. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
