Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health.

Required Skills/Experience: Ability to cover OR procedures with c-arms.

Special Requests: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details: Covers ED, inpatient, and orthopedic/spine cases in the OR. Level 1 trauma setting. Uses Fuji PACS, GE c-arms, Carestream and Shimadzu portables, and GE/Fuji general radiography rooms. PAs on site; radiologist in-house during the day and remote at night. No IV starts.

Shift & Scheduling: No self-scheduling; schedule template with routine shifts. Weekend requirements apply. Holidays as required. No call.

Floating Requirements: In extreme need, could float within Zone 3: OCH, LUH, SAH, SAN.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission
