Job Description: Seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support enterprise network infrastructure and modernization initiatives for large-scale operational environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, infrastructure planning, process modeling, and documentation management. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to support network modernization, infrastructure expansion, requirements analysis, and technical documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements supporting enterprise network infrastructure initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather and validate requirements
• Coordinate vendor engagements, implementation activities, and infrastructure solution delivery
• Document business, functional, and technical requirements for network and infrastructure projects
• Create architecture diagrams, process models, workflows, and use cases supporting project delivery
• Support facility expansion projects and enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Assist with network connectivity, deployment, and operational support activities
• Facilitate requirements workshops, meetings, stakeholder discussions, and planning sessions

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support wireless and VOIP implementation initiatives
• Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and implementation progress
• Maintain project documentation repositories and operational records
• Coordinate communication across technical, vendor, and business teams
• Support process improvement and infrastructure planning initiatives

Required Skills:

• Requirements gathering and business analysis expertise
• ServiceNow ITSM experience
• Enterprise network infrastructure support experience
• Vendor management and coordination experience
• Process modeling and documentation development expertise
• Experience creating technical documentation, workflows, and architecture diagrams
• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and organizational skills

• Building Management Systems experience
• Medication Distribution Systems knowledge
• Temperature Monitoring Systems experience
• Wireless infrastructure implementation experience
• VOIP technologies and network communications experience

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting network infrastructure and modernization projects required
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions preferred
• Experience working with vendors and business stakeholders required
• Experience developing technical and functional documentation preferred
