Driver Helper Job Details
Tuesday – Friday | 6am - 4:30pm | $21.50/hr
- Overtime possible and mandatory
Driver Helper Requirements
- Ability to push and pull heavy loads using a two-wheeler/dolly
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
About the Driver Helper Role
As a Driver Helper, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting drivers with delivery of orders to retail customer locations in a safe and efficient manner
- Loading and unloading products using proper material handling techniques
- Using dollies and two-wheelers to transport goods
- Maintaining positive customer interactions and service standards
- Following delivery schedules, routes, and safety procedures
- Reading and following work instructions and delivery documentation
- Supporting accurate order verification and product handling
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and work areas
- Assisting with problem-solving during deliveries (traffic, product issues, etc.)
- Completing additional duties as assigned by supervisors
