Clinical Liaison

How you'll contribute As a Clinical Liaison, you will: Build and maintain referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital. Coordinate the intake and pre-admission screening process. Perform on-site clinical assessments (typically at referring facilities) to determine a patient's appropriateness for admission. Educate patients and their families about inpatient rehabilitation services and available care options. Communicate admission expectations and participation requirements to appropriate patients. Gather information related to patients' insurance coverage, financial resources, and benefits. Serve as the primary point of contact for external case managers, discharge planners, payors, and referring facilities. Required clinical licensure RN LVN PT PTA OT COTA SLP RRT MSW Bachelor's degree preferred.
