As a Consulting Financial Analyst in the Healthcare industry, you will be an integral part of our finance team, responsible for managing the daily operations of the Payment Plus virtual pay program. Your role will involve conducting financial analysis and reporting to ensure the program's optimal performance and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records related to disbursements, including payment receipts, invoices, and other relevant documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis and reporting to ensure the Payment Plus virtual pay program is performing optimally.
• Maintain accurate financial records related to disbursements.
• Assist with Payment Plus and Card Programs campaigns.
• Provide research on invoices/vouchers to resolve payment issues.
• Support and collaborate with internal and external customers, communicating payment status and resolving issues.
• Perform general administration for Corporate and Procurement Card programs.
• Reconcile and audit all Corporate and Procurement Card transactions to ensure policy compliance.
• Work with end users to determine needed system changes and translate these into coherent timing solutions.
• Provide continual training to end users on the Corporate Card and Procurement Card programs and supporting system features.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any problems or bugs that arise in the system.
• Create and run departmental reports for operational monitoring and ad-hoc reports for analysis.

Qualifications:

• At least 5-10 years' experience in the Accounting and Finance field.
• Fluent in written & spoken English.
• Strong excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Peoplesoft, ERP, Accounting ERP, AP, Payment Plus virtual pay program, financial modeling, financial analysis, Ledger, ERP implementation, Budgeting, Advanced Excel, analyze, FP&A, Vlookup, monthly reporting, annual budget, Forecasting, university or "higher education" or campus or research, Pivot Tables, Accounts Payable system.
• Great communicator with a positive attitude and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact.
• College degree preferred.
