Growth Manager

To drive revenue-generating improvements for a PRO subscription, the part-time Growth Manager will analyze data, implement product and marketing changes, and oversee the execution of growth initiatives in a fully remote setting, working Monday through Wednesday. Key Responsibilities: Analyze subscription funnel data to identify high-impact growth opportunities and metric drivers Translate insights into actionable product and marketing changes, including drafting specifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams Maintain and prioritize the growth backlog, setting success metrics and evaluating outcomes of releases Required Qualifications: Proven experience in executing initiatives from concept to launch, working with cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and experiment results; SQL knowledge is a plus Experience in product and UX design, particularly related to onboarding flows and retention strategies Excellent written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to stakeholders Familiarity with AI and automation tools for analysis, prototyping, and documentation
