Job Description

An established skilled nursing center in the Pompano Beach area is looking for a confident and experienced Director of Nursing to lead its clinical team. This is an opportunity for an RN leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing staff, and maintaining high standards of resident care.

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually DOE

In This Role, You Will

Provide direction and oversight for daily nursing operations
Lead, coach, and develop the nursing team
Monitor clinical performance and quality of care
Promote compliance with state and federal regulations
Partner with facility leadership to address clinical priorities
Help create a positive, accountable culture across the nursing department

Qualifications

Current Florida RN license
2+ years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing
DON or ADON experience strongly preferred
BSN preferred
Current CPR certification
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
