Buckley's Market & Café & Lost Cowboy Taproom

Looking to start a career in hospitality? Buckley's Market & Café and the Lost Cowboy Taproom are looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable individuals to join our growing team!

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to get their first restaurant job. We provide hands-on, daily training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you'll gain valuable experience and develop skills that will grow with you.

What You'll Do:

Prepare specialty coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
Assist guests with retail purchases and market items
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
Cross-train in our full-service Lost Cowboy Taproom
Learn and assist as a Host, Food Runner, and Server
Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive attitude
Work as part of a supportive team to create memorable guest experiences

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required -we'll train the right person!
