This is a permenant position, 32 hours $43-46 M-F No weekend rotation working in a beautiful facility.

• Patient Assessment : Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including movement, strength, balance, and flexibility. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Treatment Implementation : Provide hands-on treatment to help patients improve mobility, alleviate pain, and regain functionality. This includes exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment.

• Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic process, exercises to perform at home, and ways to manage and prevent future injury.

• Progress Monitoring : Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaboration : Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations. Assist with scheduling, billing, and reporting.

• Maintain Professional Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest research and techniques in physical therapy. Participate in training, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.

• Licensure : Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Experience : Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates will also be considered.

• Skills :

  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop individualized patient care plans.

  • Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
