Pay: $65,000 - $85,000+ per year

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring they receive a professional, transparent, and exceptional service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and maintenance needs
  • Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services clearly and professionally
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and repair recommendations
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including timelines and costs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term customer relationships
  • Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently
  • Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Follow department processes and company policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall department performance

What We're Looking For

  • Automotive service advising, automotive repair, or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning dealership software systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing

Work Environment/ Physical Demands

Will primarily work in an automotive shop environment. Workspace is covered but may involve various weather conditions such as heat and cold as well as safety hazards due to the nature of work. May experience loud noise on a regular basis. Medium/Heavy Work---Will lift over 50 pounds with assistance device required and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to or over 35 pounds with assistance device available as needed. This position will require the employee to be standing for prolonged periods of time This position requires the ability to push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp, and walk on a regular basisThis position involves repetitive motionThis position requires the ability to talk and hearMust be able to wear all required personal protective equipmentMay work in extreme heat or coldMay encounter hazards

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Works evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or the equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Prior experience in service department.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations)

Valid Driver's License.
