Pay: $2,281–$2,384 per week
Travel assignment in a hospital setting
This role delivers coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process. You will supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels and coordinate care with other disciplines using professional judgment and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or an assigned group of patients per established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, implement care plans, administer medications, and document patient responses.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across multiple levels; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure patient safety, quality outcomes, and appropriate escalation when needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in discharge planning, and provide patient and family education.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and adapt to a travel assignment environment
- Availability for 12-hour day shifts
- Demonstrated ability to deliver nursing care using established standards and the nursing process
- Willingness to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise nursing staff as assigned
- Commitment to patient safety, documentation accuracy, and professional communication
- Willingness to complete required credentialing and compliance steps as part of the onboarding process
