The ideal candidate has strong clerical experience and excellent note‑taking skills. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in logging all interactions with veterans and their families. Experience in case management, social services, or administrative support roles is preferred. Strong written communication, confidentiality, and the ability to maintain accurate, timely records are essential.
