Position Highlights:

• Join a well‑established clinic with experienced physicians and strong patient demand
• Monday–Friday schedule with ~34 patient‑facing hours per week
• Integrated care team, including a Health Psychologist, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Care Coordinator
