Oracle R2R Expert with ARCS

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and analytical Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) Expert with specialized proficiency in Oracle ARCS. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our financial close, reconciliation, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate ensures financial accuracy, streamlines intercompany accounting, and drives the adoption of Oracle's automated reconciliation tools to minimize manual closing efforts. Responsibilities ARCS Management: Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules. Reconciliation & Matching: Establish automated reconciliation rules, format profiles, and data loads to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud ERP and ARCS. R2R Process Execution: Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes across multiple global entities. General Ledger & Subledgers: Maintain General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management setups in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Intercompany & Allocations: Configure intercompany accounting, balancing rules, and advanced allocations to guarantee accurate multi-entity consolidations. Audit & Compliance: Enforce SOX compliance, design internal controls, and maintain audit readiness for all general accounting procedures. Reporting & Analytics: Develop financial dashboards and reports using OTBI and Smart View. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on functional experience in Record to Report accounting, with at least 2–3 full‑cycle implementations. Oracle ARCS: Deep understanding and functional expertise in Oracle ARCS (Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching). Oracle ERP/EPM: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, FA, SLA) and familiarity with EPM data integration. Accounting Standards: Thorough understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX controls.
