Help
- Conduct multiple audits to identify trends of healthcare paid for and delivered outside the Direct Care System to ensure compliance with directives and/or policies.
- Perform referral reconciliation to include monitoring and tracking of referrals in the Direct Care and purchased care systems
- Serve as a technical expert on health care policies, programs, and procedures for the Tricare Service Center, medical staff and executive staff.
- Analyze and respond to all inquiries received from other government agencies, civilian health care providers, military sponsors, and all other beneficiary categories.
- Input case data into the Assistance Reporting Tool (ART) Portal for tracking and statistics.
