Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating individual counseling sessions, and potentially family, marriage, or group sessions based on your expertise and patient needs.

  • Completing accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Federal, State, and organization standards, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.

  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated paths to wellness that may involve referrals to other healthcare providers.

  • Providing intervention services and support for individuals experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges, including substance abuse issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work primarily with adolescents and their families, fostering therapeutic relationships that contribute to improved mental health and overall well-being. Compensation and Benefits\n
