Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem Day Shift and Night Shift Available
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Avir at Jacksboro, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team on a per diem basis. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including personal care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist with meals, hydration, and nutrition, as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
- Engage with patients and residents, providing emotional support and companionship
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and regulations

Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of Texas
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance, as needed
