Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through all LDRP roles including Labor, Triage, and Postpartum/Mother-Baby care
• Manage 3–4 couplets in a Postpartum setting and 1–2 patients in Labor
• Participate in on-call hours as assigned, typically averaging 16–20 hours per 6-week schedule
• Float to other units in rotation with staff in accordance with facility floating policies and clinical experience
• Complete required orientation and annual modules through the designated online learning portal
• Expect to work some holidays and weekends per scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery / LDRP experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• AWHONN certification
• FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with OB surgical recovery, including C-section recovery
• Comfort and experience providing Mother-Baby postpartum care
