Pulmonology Physician

This role offers a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, no call, and no inpatient responsibilities while providing comprehensive pulmonary care across multiple locations. The practice delivers value-based, patient-centered care supported by robust specialty and diagnostic services under one umbrella.

• 100% outpatient Pulmonology practice
• Split coverage between two locations
• No weekends, no overnights, no call responsibilities
• Salary range: $325,000-$375,000
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Student loan repayment: $10,000 annually for up to 3 years ($30,000 max)
• Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Established multispecialty ambulatory care model
• Treat diverse adult patient populations with chronic respiratory conditions
• Collaborative environment with Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental, Vision, Radiology, and specialty providers

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease
• Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Completion of accredited Pulmonary Medicine fellowship
• Active New York medical license or ability to obtain
• Active DEA registration
• BLS certification required
• Outpatient pulmonary practice experience preferred
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Comfortable managing asthma, COPD, chronic cough, ILD, pulmonary nodules, sleep-related breathing disorders, bronchiectasis, and respiratory infections
• Ability to interpret PFTs, spirometry, imaging, laboratory studies, and ABGs
