We are looking for a Lead Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. Responsibilities Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards are met. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and support the center’s success. Qualifications Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
