Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time
Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Job Type: Full-Time or PRN

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Pine Bluff, Arkansas . This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing facility (SNF) where you'll help residents regain independence, improve daily function, and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat residents with physical, cognitive, and functional impairments affecting activities of daily living (ADLs)
Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident assessments, goals, and functional needs
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, adaptive techniques, and home exercise programs
Supervise and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as appropriate

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Arkansas (or eligibility for licensure)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Prior SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
