Technical Specialist II

What You Will Do: Provide contractual service and assist customers with problem solving support regarding the Company’s products/applications/solutions. Provide on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance. Conduct site surveys, product/application/system audits, and assist Sales to prepare new business proposals. Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards at all client sites. Provide expert advice and assistance to internal staff and customers in specific areas of expertise. Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements Ecolab offers a world class training program designed to provide the tools and resources for you to be one of the best in your field. What You’ll Need: Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or technical field. Technical service or field sales support experiencewould be preferable but not essential for the right candidate.
