We are a growing consumer bankruptcy and debt-relief focused law firm seeking a dependable, organized, and client-focused Legal Intake Specialist. We are hiring now.

This role supports coordinated client intake operations across multiple office locations, ongoing client communications, and internal firm operations. The position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working with clients who may be under severe financial stress.

This position begins with a paid two to three-week hands on training, followed by a 90-day probationary period, allowing both the firm and the candidate to determine whether the role is a good mutual fit.

2 Weeks Paid Training Period
Approximately 20–28 hours per week (three-quarter time)

• $21/hour
• On-site in Florence, KY
• Training, shadowing, supervised work, and workflow integration
• Structured onboarding into the firm’s systems, procedures, and client communication standards
• Multiple candidates may be evaluated at the same time
• Continued employment is contingent on mutual agreement after the training period
  

90-Day Probationary Period

• $22/hour
• Increasing responsibility and independence
• Ongoing training and workflow integration
• Regular performance and fit evaluations
• Progressive transition toward independent task management and client communications

Conversion to Full Employment

• $23–$25/hour after successful completion of probationary period
• Compensation determined based on schedule, experience, performance, and long-term commitment
• Full-time and three-quarter time schedules may be available depending on operational needs and candidate fit.
• Eligibility for PTO, paid holidays, bonuses, and benefits dependent on schedule classification and employment structure as described below
