Delivery Manager & Agent Engineer – AI/Agentic Automation

Experience: 15 years
Domain: Healthcare / Medicaid
Project: Medicaid Record-to-Report (R2R) Agentic Automation

Rate -75/hr

Remote / WFO / Hybrid: Remote

Hire Type (FTE/Contract): Contract

Project Duration: 5 months – most likely to extend till 12 months

Expected Start Date: 11/02/2026

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of a multidisciplinary Medicaid Data and Agentic AI program across architecture, data engineering, rules, agents, dashboards, QA, audit and domain workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery planning, execution and reporting.

• Coordinate architecture, data, AI/agent, canonical-model, domain, QA and dashboard teams.

• Establish sprint and release plans, milestones and dependency management.

• Maintain requirements-to-delivery traceability.

• Drive RAID, decisions, dependencies and escalations.

• Coordinate across Persistent, and client stakeholders.

• Track architecture and interface dependencies between workstreams.

• Ensure acceptance criteria are defined and demonstrably met.

• Coordinate data-access and environment prerequisites.

• Manage Agile ceremonies and delivery governance.

• Provide executive program reporting and delivery forecasts.

• Track scope, quality and release readiness.

• Facilitate architecture and design decisions and cross-workstream alignment.

• Ensure Data and AI delivery includes testing, evidence, governance and operational readiness.

Required Skills and Experience

• Large-scale Data and Analytics program delivery.

• Agile and Scrum delivery management.

• Data engineering program understanding.

• AI/ML or GenAI program exposure.

• Strong RAID and dependency management.

• Executive and client stakeholder management.

• Release and delivery governance.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agentic AI and GenAI delivery.

• Databricks programs.

• US healthcare and Medicaid.

• Financial and reconciliation transformation.

• Consulting and client-facing delivery.
