The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will take ownership of recruiting efforts, partnering with stakeholders to identify and attract top talent for Michael Page. Description Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for different offices. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate records and streamline processes. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Provide data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to stakeholders to support hiring decisions. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and workforce planning. Profile A successful Talent Acquisition Business Partner should have: Proven experience in recruitment specifically at an agency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
