Position Summary

The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, shipping, kitting, inventory organization, and cycle counts. This position safely operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment while supporting the Manufacturing team and maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Receive and store incoming goods according to established procedures.
• Restock shelves and maintain organized inventory locations.
• Prepare kits and materials for manufacturing operations.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders to support on-time delivery.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other approved material-handling equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse and work areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and material-handling requirements.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and safety concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment and materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work on-site during the scheduled day shift.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a manufacturing and supply chain team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience.
• Experience using Oracle or other inventory management systems.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, kitting, or cycle counting.
