This isn't an entry-level GM job. Sickies Garage — a 13-location, founder-built restaurant group known for scratch-kitchen food and a 50+ tap beer program — is hiring a proven operator to take full ownership of a $3.5M+ location in Fargo or Bismarck: your P&L, your team, your results, your upside.

What You'll Earn

•     $70,000–$80,000 starting salary

•     $15,000–$20,000 average annual performance bonus, with specific bonus parameters discussed during your interview

•     $10,000 Hiring & Retention Bonus — $2,500 at GM training completion, 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months

•     100% company-paid health insurance, 3 weeks PTO, vehicle allowance, phone allowance

•      Realistic year-one total: $85,000–$100,000+ in salary and bonus, plus the $10K retention bonus

What You'll Own

Full P&L and profitability. Recruiting, staffing, and retention. Building and developing your management team — and future company leaders. Labor and food cost control. Food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience. Local marketing and community presence. You lead from the floor and own your numbers — and you're backed by a structured 6-week GM training program and real operations support, not a quarterly check-in call.

We're independent and founder-led, which means fast decisions and GMs who get heard. 50% of our current GMs and above were hired from within — if you want ownership now and a real shot at multi-unit leadership later, that path exists here.

Who We're Looking For

•     5+ years in restaurant management, 2+ as a GM in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

•     Command of P&L, labor, and cost controls — you know your numbers cold

•     A track record of building and retaining strong teams

•     A hands-on leader with high standards and genuine hospitality instincts
