Design Project Manager (Architecture / Engineering) Our multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm client in the local area is seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to the organization, to lead building design projects through all phases of execution, from planning and design through construction administration. This role requires strong leadership, technical coordination, client management, and project delivery experience within the A/E/C industry. Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of project delivery Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, documentation, permitting, and construction administration Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Oversee project financials including fee proposals, invoicing, and budget tracking Ensure projects meet quality standards, technical requirements, and client expectations Mentor junior staff and support team development Assist with proposals, client presentations, and business development efforts Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field ~10+ years of experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry Professional licensure preferred: Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) Strong project management and leadership skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 Competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, long-term growth opportunity, 401k match, PTO, collaborative team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
