Java Technical Lead

10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Rest APIs, MySQL Understanding of DevOps and working experience in CICD pipeline creation is preferable. Experience in Design and architecture review Production Support & Troubleshooting Strong concepts & knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Experience in leading offshore team Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications. Architect and develop Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs. Review, analyze, and troubleshoot application logs in AWS environments to identify and resolve issues. Monitor production applications and provide root-cause analysis for incidents. Identify permanent solution for repeating incidents. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Mentor offshore developers and provide technical leadership across the project team. Drive technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture. Support deployment activities and work closely with DevOps teams in CI/CD environments.
