Inventory Control Specialist

**Position Summary**Nuvotronics is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control Clerk to support the accurate and efficient flow of materials throughout the organization. This role receives incoming materials, maintains inventory accuracy, supports production material needs, and prepares on-time shipments to customers and suppliers while maintaining traceability and compliance with company quality requirements.**Key Responsibilities*** Receive, verify, and process incoming materials, parts, and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips.* Accurately enter receiving, inventory, material movement, and shipping transactions into the ERP/MRP system.* Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventory, audits, and discrepancy reconciliation.* Issue and transfer materials to support manufacturing schedules and organized material flow throughout the facility.* Prepare, package, label, and ship domestic and international customer orders, supplier returns, and other outbound materials.* Maintain proper material identification, storage, handling, lot control, and traceability in accordance with company procedures.* Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to resolve shortages, discrepancies, damage, and shipment issues.* Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages, stock concerns, or transaction errors promptly.* Maintain complete shipping, receiving, certification, and inventory records.* Follow company safety, security, quality, and applicable ITAR/export compliance requirements; support continuous improvement activities.**Required Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Ability to obtain a security clearance* 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, materials management, or a related role.* Experience using ERP/MRP or inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.* Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and transaction accuracy.* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine warehouse and material-handling activities.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing.* Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory control practices, domestic and international shipping, lot control, and material traceability.* Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.**Key Success Measures**Inventory accuracy and traceability | On-time receipt and shipment processing | Material availability for production | Accurate ERP transactions | Compliance with quality and shipping requirements | Safe, organized material handling **Role Impact**This position helps ensure that materials, components, and finished products move efficiently through the Nuvotronics supply chain, directly supporting manufacturing productivity, inventory integrity, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery across the product portfolio.Cubic Pay Range:$19.00 - $26.00 + benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
