Wellness Sales Specialist Location: Tempe, AZ
Position Type: Part-Time
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience, plus performance-based incentives

Are you passionate about health, fitness, longevity, and helping people feel their best? Maybe you work in the fitness or wellness industry, teach fitness classes, are a personal trainer, or simply love learning about health and wellness.

Relive Health Tempe is looking for an outgoing, motivated Wellness Sales Specialist to join our team part-time. This could be a great fit for someone who loves the wellness lifestyle, enjoys connecting with people, and has a natural ability to build relationships and sell.

Relive Health helps clients look, feel, and perform their best through personalized services including hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy, wellness treatments, and aesthetics.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients by phone, text, and CRM.
• Follow up with new leads and help turn interest into consultations and appointments.
• Learn about clients' goals and educate them on Relive Health services, programs, memberships, and promotions.
• Re-engage past clients and identify opportunities to reconnect them with Relive.
• Build genuine relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain lead notes and follow-up activities in our CRM.
• Work closely with our Client Care Advocate, providers, and clinic team.
• Work toward established appointment, conversion, and sales goals.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

• Have sales, customer service, fitness, hospitality, or client relationship experience.
• Are passionate about health, fitness, wellness, or longevity.
• Love talking with people and building relationships.
• Are comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale.
• Are motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-up.
• Enjoy working toward goals and being rewarded for results.
• Have experience in fitness, health and wellness, med spa, medical sales, membership sales, or a similar environment. This is a plus, but not required.
• Have CRM or lead-management experience. Experience with Driply is a plus, but not required.
