The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team. Whether you are expanding your skill set or bringing hands-on woodworking knowledge to the team, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who value strong work ethic, mutual support, and enjoying the day-to-day work.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare & Process: Select and prepare various lumber species for milling.
• Operate Specialized Machinery: Use woodworking tools, planers, band saws, drum sanders, and end-matching machinery.
• Maintain High Standards: Execute precise quality control checks to ensure unmatched product standard.
• Equipment & Yard Operations: Safely operate hand tools, perform routine machinery maintenance, and operate a forklift.
• Execute Work Orders: Efficiently read, interpret, and process detailed customer orders.
• Collaborate: Work closely with a positive, tight-knit team to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Woodworking Experience (BIG PLUS): 1 to 2 years of experience or technical training using woodworking equipment—including planers, band saws, drum sanders, and hand tools—is highly valued and will set your application apart!
• Mechanical Aptitude: A strong natural knack for working with machines and troubleshooting equipment.
• Core Skills: Solid math skills, clear communication, and sharp attention to detail.
• Mindset: A positive attitude, strong reliability, and a desire to continuously learn and grow with us.
